MRLED WA PTY LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the website or to products and services offered by MR LED WA Pty Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase our products and services.

 

2. Use of Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You must not use our website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

 

3. Products and Services

We offer a variety of audio-visual products and installation services. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time without notice.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our products and services are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted for the supply of Goods exclude GST and any other taxes or duties imposed on or in relation to the Goods.

 We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.* 1.75% Fee on Credit and Debit Transactions*

Payment terms for projects: On acceptance of a quotation a deposit of 30% will be required for projects over the value of $1000.00 prior to commencement with the balance due on project completion.

MR LED WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply a 10% per annum (Pa) charge on any outstanding amount beyond the due date mentioned on invoices. This charge will be applied to overdue invoices until the outstanding balance is settled

Any quotation provided by MR LED WA Pty Ltd to the Buyer for the proposed supply of Goods and or installation is:

(a) valid for 14 days.

(b) only valid if in writing.

 

5. Delivery and Installation

We will provide an estimated delivery or installation date when you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered or installed on the specified date. We are not liable for any delays or damages resulting from the delivery of our products.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return or refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

When any claim for shortages, for Goods damaged or for non-compliance with the Agreement specifications is accepted by MR LED WA Pty Ltd, MR LED WA Pty Ltd may, at its option, replace the Goods or refund the price of the Goods.

MR LED WA Pty Ltd will not under any circumstances accept Goods for return that have been used or altered in any way.

 

7. Manufacturer's Guarantee

The Buyer acknowledges that the Goods have not been manufactured by MR LED WA Pty Ltd. The Buyer accepts the guarantee of the manufacturer of those Goods and acknowledges that it is the only guarantee given to the Buyer in respect of the Goods. MR LED WA Pty Ltd agrees to assign to the Buyer on request made by the Buyer the benefit of any warranty or entitlement to the Goods that the manufacturer has granted to MR LED WA Pty Ltd under any contract or by implication or operation of law to the extent that the benefit of any warranty or entitlement is assignable.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MR LED WA Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use any content from our website without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MR LED WA Pty Ltd, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or products and services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Commonwealth of Australia.

 

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website or purchase our products and services after we have made changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

 

WARRANTY CONDITIONS



1. Scope of Warranty:

The audio-visual installer warrants that all installed equipment and workmanship carried out by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.

 

2. Warranty Claims:

If you believe there is a defect in the equipment or workmanship provided by us, you must notify us in writing as soon as practicable. We will arrange for an inspection of the equipment and workmanship in question. If it is deemed that the defect is our responsibility, we will repair or replace the equipment or workmanship free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace the equipment or workmanship, we will refund the cost of the equipment or workmanship.

 

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by:

- Accidents, misuse, or abuse of the equipment

- Acts of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning or earthquakes

- Normal wear and tear

- Changes or modifications to the equipment or workmanship by anyone other than our authorized personnel

- Failure to follow our instructions or recommended maintenance procedures

 

4. Limitations:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective equipment or workmanship or refunding the cost of the equipment or workmanship. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the equipment or workmanship.

 

5. Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the equipment and workmanship.

 

6. Governing Law:

This warranty will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

 

7. Entire Agreement:

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and the audio-visual installer with respect to the equipment and workmanship provided and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this warranty.
